Our Mission

Remote AI Teams: Train. Work. Build Capability.

Remote AI Teams delivers practical workforce development programs for remote and Aboriginal communities through real work, real tools, and structured learning. Our model supports skill development through three stages: training, supervised work, and independent contracting pathways.

Training begins within Jobs in a Box — hands-on, practical environments where participants build job-relevant skills supported by experienced mentors and AI learning tools.

Participants who meet required standards may progress into paid, supervised work on live projects, continuing to develop skills and workplace experience.

Some participants may later choose to operate as independent contractors through Workorjobs.com, with access to administrative and compliance support.

Remote AI Teams focuses on building capability, participation, and long-term opportunity within local communities.

Our vision is to create real work and learning opportunities for Aboriginal and remote communities, without people having to leave Country or family.

Remote AI Teams works alongside Elders, community leaders, and local workers to combine cultural knowledge with modern tools such as AI, digital systems, and practical equipment.

Our approach meets people where they are — building on existing strengths and supporting skill development at a pace that works for the individual and the community.

By delivering training and work locally through Jobs in a Box, we support long-term capability, pride, and participation in local and global economies.
